Makes me realise once more how lucky I am to live in East Anglia

Just had my new card in the post with the same number as the old one.
Included a coupon for 1000 points on a £10 spend. I was excited by that until I realised it's only worth £1 - and then only once I reach 5000 to redeem.
The hukd code for £6 off £25 click and collect has encouraged me to make a small detour to my nearest Morrisons, though.

Got a new card and voucher. Tried using my voucher with my new card, and was told it was not being used with the right card. Then found my old card stored on my phone and tried again, and it was accepted, but before I had the chance to pay the self service till crashed. Had to more to another machine, and rescan my shop, only to told my voucher was not valid because it had already been used. Wasted over 30 minutes in store rescanning, waiting for staff to help, only to be told I had to phone head office and explain what happened, but be prepared to wait as there had been lots of problems and customers had reported they had been on the phone for over an hour.
I lost 1000 points, but Morrisons have lost a lot of future business from me.

That's particularly poor. Stuff goes wrong occasionally but there is no excuse for the store handling so badly.

i always find Morrisons in-store staff, wherever i go, to be friendly and efficient.. but their loyalty scheme, and their customer service around it, have been consistently poor.
