I haven't seen Argentina defend that badly since the Falklands in 1982. :?

I am in favour of it when it goes the way of the team I have chosen to support in that game

I am not in favour of it when it goes against the team I have chosen to support in that game

Other than that I cannot comment as I know so little about footie.

there are 2 kinds of fouls , offences out of the box you get a free kick , the same offence in the box you probably won't get a penalty.

...about right but that could change from match to match and depends on which way the wind is blowing.

Seems every game there's a penalty awarded/denied
Don't know the stats but it feels like there's more penalties award now than before
and they're not giving the most blatant ones
German had a big scare before getting there best result in Moscow since 1943 :!:

Ummmmm, by 1943 the Germans weren't getting any good results - and certainly not in Moscow! They never got to Sochi then either, though they did get close in 1942. In 1943 they had a little match at Kursk (about 1300KM away)............. not a good result.

Penalty-wise, there do seem a lot - look at the 2 in the England game - but how else do you stop it becoming a wrestling match?
