Incorrectly tracked transaction

I have made a transaction today with Thomas Cook which has tracked but only at 1.1% and not the stated 2.6% for package holidays, which mine was. This is quite a difference in money when the purchase is around £1000.
Do i have to wait the standard 7 days which appears to be automatic at point of claim to allow the transaction time to track or, as the transaction has actually tracked, is there a way i can claim now. :thumbup:

You could do a Draft claim but have to wait 7 days to submit it

No need to submit a query. If the amount has not been corrected within 7 days, please submit a claim
