Northern and Southern can be rather llike working class or middle class. Depends who you talk to really.

Certainly the survey companies cannot agree. East Anglia can be the true area of Norfolk and Suffolk, can be the 6 sounties that vote for Eastern Redion MEP's, can even include Lincolnshire which is not even in the Eastern region for TV purposes though oddly Northamptonshire is at least according to the BBC. Rarely watch the Anglia Local news so not sure what their boundaries are. Even odder is North Norfolk coast where you get the regional news that covers Lincolnshire and Yorkshire but has no news about Norfolk.
