It's all about marketing rather than service... :thumbdown:

Try and find someone to speak to other than a computer when you have a problem - London Transport have this off to a Tee - so many barriers to get to a human and none of their computer menus match my problem; why do all these business (banks included) think this is a good thing!!!!! :think: ££££££££££££????

that'll be why, yes.
i found Yorkshire Bank service to be desperately poor when i moved some banking to them a couple of years ago. :thumbdown:

i'm a relatively new smartphone adopter myself. i was firmly in the 'i use my phone as a phone', but the past 3 or 4 years and i'm a committed iPhone man :geek: .

They've been sending literature about 'B' to existing customers for around a year now but I see nothing of interest.
