It appears you can find fault with anything I enter in any thread, either that or you are misinterpreting the entries, either way not constructive just disruptive... :wtf:

Queues are certainly a problem at every Post Office that I ever visit and for that reason I avoid them whenever possible.

I agree, we seem to live in the real world and whilst I also agree that the Post Office must generate new business it also needs to deal with this feast/famine situation as well...

My local P O always seems to have a queue which is why if we need a P O we try to use the one in Westleton (a village) when we go to adjoining Minsmere. Can do a bit of top up shopping at the same time which has to be good for us and the shop.

It is not just farmers who are diversifying either. The shop/P O owners have converted a room into a little cafe with additional seating in the garden. We have been there and not the only customers which was good.
