any contributors any good ideas re creating Direct Debits? :think:

i could do with 2 or 3 more for account incentives :mrgreen:

Credit cards. You've probably got some spares? Set up DDs then spend £1 or some other nominal amount on the card. The main issue with this method is the long waiting time for the next statement and payment date to arrive.

Charity donations. Quicker. 25% bonus with Gift Aid and tax back if you're a higher rate payer! :thumbup:

only have 2 credit cards nowadays and they're set up already.
my charge card i pay manually.
i may set up some small DDs into Pension pots.

setting up one with NFU Mutual. perhaps use Wealthify?

gone with NFUM and Wesleyan for this Lloyds Classic account's DDs.

looking for other options though.

there was Post Office Bank Savings, but has that option gone?

LV pension for my second Lloyds Classic account.. looking to get a second DD from this account to have it ready to pounce when a juicy opportunity should arise.
