Many things in life are free including lots of things posted in the forums: Offers and bargains and Generic Freebies. It does not mean that I either want or need them. In reality I would rather have the savings now in the form of higher cashback rates and not rely on the idea that at some stage in the future I might make some money from the sale of imutual. I still very rarely use imutual for purchases it is just not competitive enough. However I still have loyalty and do use it where there are minimal differences.

The cashback guarantee whilst a consideration is helpful but in truth the majority of transactions here and elsewhere are trouble free.

Nothing in life is guaranteed. Even shares with
No known value
Still free whether value is known or unknown.
So, you're willing to give up an hour or so of your life for 100 shares.......... but, presumably, not willing to attend for free. :eh:
I believe there is a profession based around that ethos ;)

Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me

Do enlighten us mere mortals, what would that profession be?

Less aggression you lot.... its all over 100 shares; if that is worth 1p I'd be surprised. Is that worth fighting over? :o

He's not met Mrs Macky -I'd guarantee there would be trouble if I go straight to the pub on pay day without seeing her first

Not that you would do that of course. But sadly there are men like that. I used to be in a church where a husband refused to get a job and collected his income support and headed for the bookies. His wife had to ask for food from friends in the church especially for her haby. She was prepared to go without but not her child. Very sad, thankfully they divorced and she remarried a lovely man.
Keep smiling because the light at the end of someone's tunnel may be you, Ron Cheneler
