Probably too late now, but I wouldn't recommend the Tivoli Gardens. I visited Copenhagen for one night in 2015 (£1 Ryanair flash sale, slightly amusing when the airport car park costs 15x more than the flight). The gardens cost about 100kr to enter and all you really get to see is chain restaurants. The same ones as you have in the city, but with higher prices! There are some rides and gardens, but nothing spectacular (think Blackpool, but a lot worse). All the extras (like the aquarium) are chargeable again once you're inside.
