Share club valuation @ 8 Apr 2017

Post by richard@imutual » Mon Apr 10 2017 10:50am

Here are the figures for the Cashback Investment Club's latest valuation, based on our investments and cash holdings as at 8 Apr

Since the last valuation on 5 Mar, the club's unit price has increased from £1.0492 to £1.0735, a change of 2.32%. See Unit price calculations

Members have paid a further £199.67 into the club since 5 Mar, and these have been converted to units at the new price of £1.0735. You can see a history of your own payments here

We currently have 18 members who have made 267 payments into the club totalling £5,258.28. The total value of our current assets is £5,726.90. Our list of our past investment decisions can be found here, and valuations of our current holdings (based on market mid-prices) can be viewed here

Our current cash holdings consist of £206.79 held in our Co-op bank account, + a further £721.22 held in our Share Centre dealing account.

Since the last valuation, two members have requested to leave and withdraw their funds. I will base their final valuation on the above figures and, as we have sufficient cash available, I will settle these amounts this month.

Yes, the cash in the bank together with new funds due to be paid in this week will give us enough to settle what's owed to the departing members.

So the £720ish in the dealing account is available to trade
