Would you be willing to transfer yours back to the company for 1p? ;)

I reckon at this stage they are worth zero. Will they be worth something in the future. My personal view is doubtful. However, I am not silly and am not going to kick a gift horse. It costs me nothing to collect or store them. So I will continue to do so. However the original intention was to reward people who do things for the site with shares. I would prefer to see cashback rates that at least matched other sites and Shares that have "no known value" will not encourage me to use imutual over those sites that do have better rates.

Both the following statements have some merit.

Both of those it was a case of selling damn quick before they became worthless.
Well yes. Some of us have received free shares in this entity known as imutual plc. I don't think they're worth that much at this precise moment in time. But you never know. :)
On the original subject

Tandem Bank's share will most likely not be worth £75, there is no guarantee that they will be. If they are sold they will attract at the very least fees in order to sell them. I don't see the point for one share and the offer is not for me.

At a rate of 1p per share - no.

At a rate of 10p per share - yes.

Based on 8,936,947 shares being issued, 1p per share would value the company at £89,369.47, excluding the part of the company owned by Richard et al.

For a company that made a £19,050 profit in 2016 (£3,762 in 2015) and with relatively little cash in the bank, I'm thinking 1p per share could actually be quite a generous offer.

As for future growth, who knows? There could be one day when imutual becomes the new Top Cashback or Quidco, but I fear the opportunity for doing that may have long gone.

TheMutual.net did OK for me, I recall even buying shares at about 20p and selling at £1.20 some months later; but that all was in the IT Bubble. I recall them saying "...at the moment we're signing up 500 people a day, but it could soon be 10,000 people a day". That was in the days of Ben Heaton and Peter Coveney, I just wondered if they had any tenuous links with iMutual or what they were up to today...?

Isn't that profit earned without Richard drawing any salary? If the company had to pay for the work he does, the company would probably be loss-making.
