Queries unanswered....

Post by macliam » Sat Oct 29 2022 2:12pm

I hate to join the chorus of complaints, but I have several queries requiring an answer, including claims against a merchant covered by the cashback guarantee that hasn't been resolved and is months overdue.

Another query from July resulted in the agreement to amend a claim, but this has not happened....

It does seem like there's nobody at the wheel....... :(

Oh yes..... and one of my queries is to report that the Ideal World link is broken. No link, no cashback. Simples.

I have some cashback that should have been paid but never was. Less than £3 in smaller amounts and cannot be bothered to join the queue of people not getting an answer

Mine is hardly life-changing, but there's no point buying things through the site if the cashback doesn't get paid...

Shame, it does seem to be staggering towards the cliff.....

And there hasn't been for months. The only non-automated forum postings from Richard have been the thread about winding up the cashback investment club.

Come on Richard lets be having you. Come out of the fridge and just tell us where you are at with Imutual and any future it may have or not have.

Of all the things mentioned in the thread, a dead link was probably the least important

Richard has closed the Govt. shenanigans thread and started a new one as it was getting too long. So he is active on the forum, just not answering the important posts.

Richard has now resolved the long-overdue claim.... so 2 out of 3 queries resolved.

Things are looking up. ;)
