I’ve never used switch before, do they do everything inc wages go straight to new account? Do you have to have any DD’s set up to get £200 offer?

Yes, if you switch then credits for your old account will be automatically redirected to the new account. However, you should still give the new account details to your employer (etc) because the redirection is time limited. It lasts for 3 years these days but not forever.
You'll need 2 active direct debits to qualify for the TSB £200 switch offer. There are also other important terms and conditions, e.g. pay in £500 per month.

I thought my £5/pcm cashback was ending last month for one of my accounts; yet they sent me an e-mail on 1st August which says "Your 6-month cashback period is ending at the end of this month" so I might as well keep that one active for an extra month. Their e-mail could have been late, or maybe they'll have another £5 for me!

on the basis of the email you've received you'll prise the £5 from them even if they don't send it automatically Sarah.
i am working on 2 x £5 for this month, and then just the one for the next few months.

I might have mentioned that one of my previous TSB S&S accounts never received its final £5 cashback in July 2022. I never complained or chased up the missing reward in any way. However, check out this surprising and belated development..
Code: Select all
21 Aug 2023 TSB CARD REWARD 5.00 10.00
