Announcing and taking action was a noble move. If I can, I will attend. Thank you.

Do the shares have any notional value when awarded to us? I’m wondering if this can be seen as a Capital Gains loss.
Almost certainly not. They've always had negligible value.

What is imutual Worldwide Limited? Is it a sustainable business?

I'm not sure that's relevant. Basically iMutual is now dead in the water.... and I say this with much sadness.

The cashback is negligible since many merchants are suspended or don't exist, there appear to be issues with payments and little contact with the administration of the site and the forum has all but died..... despite some of us trying to keep it going. Few of us would want to see an end to the site, but the truth is that it is becoming less and less relevant.

The few quid I'm owed and the nominal value of the shares I accumulated rank low in my concerns.

IM Worldwide is the parent company of Imutual. IIRC it was part of a structure put in place to facilitate issue of IM shares to members. It has never had any other activity. IM Worldwide is jointly owned by Richard and Mrs Richard.

As Macliam says, it's irrelevant.

Thank you for all you've done, it is a shame that this has happened.

I've got just over pound in my account and wonder if others are in the same position. Rather than having to send everyone such a small amount, and if the shares really are only worth £3, is there a way of electing to donate amounts of under a fiver or a tenner to charity without you having to administer so many small amounts?

Looking at the last confirmation statement filed at Companies House (dated 30/06/2022), Richard owns 1,248,273,405 shares and the members own 10,026,595 shares.

I assume that means Richard would receive 99.2% of any surplus funds (if any) once the company is wound up?

And it would also mean that any member votes are pointless, as Richard has the controlling shareholding anyway?
