Yes, I do use my credit card to buy the Topcashback £2 special offer and get Morrisons £10 voucher.
For the last two credit card statements every 2 weeks Runa Network Ltd has been taking £10 every 2 weeks from me.
No idea why but the first month we thought "well I and then you (DH) did pay some money to a charity, must be that". Thinking about it I am sure we donated more than £10 to the charity
But it has happened again. Emailed the company to find what the hell is going on. And no I have not signed up to pay anyone £10 a fortnight. Not something I would do and to be honest cannot afford to do.
Is Runa taking money from your bank or credit card on a regular basis?

So not just these dates?
1st March 2024
15th February 2024
26th January 2024
14th December 2023
30th November 2023
I don't think Runa take any other payments from me. They presumably would have more clients than just TopGiftCards.

They have sent me a printout of last amounts and when taken but to tiny I need the magnifying glass to read it. Did zoom page but come of last stuff did not get bigger.
Topcashback is only place I buy vouchers and only one a month on the account so will have to argue with Runa again

Go straight to the CC company. Raise a dispute and let them fight the battle.

I got the list of what I had bought. Forgot that Body Shop voucher and 2 Toppers one in a month as they had a special one that month
