Hi there.
I am new to iMutual and I wondered what you can do with the shares. Could someone please give me a brief explanation?
Cheers

Firstly, WELCOME ON BOARD.

At the moment you can't buy/sell/transfer the shares. The truth is that today the shares have no real value. We will not pay a yearly dividend. The BIG IDEA is that a large company (Google, eBay, Private Venture Firm) will buy us out. Then the BIG money will roll in per share. The guy who started the company, Richard owns 10%. The rest is ours for the taking.

Just a couple of minor corrections well one actually
Unless I'm wrong Richard dosen't own 10% the staff who work for Imutual do, which includes Richard
And the preferred term for the Shares worth is that they have 'an unknown value.'
If it helps one member turned down £10 cash for his shares, actually i don't suppose that does help

I'm afraid "no real value" is true. Be careful of spin doctor tricks. Having said that, the same was true for Apple, Google, eBay and Facebook.

One of our main competitors had several million pound advertising campaign last year so that goes to show what is possible.

Welcome, any questions please ask, we all remember being newbies once and being confused.

And a good first question that others would have liked to ask but do not like posting on forums.
Keep smiling because the light at the end of someone's tunnel may be you, Ron Cheneler
