We have commercial agreements with all of the partner sites listed, usually via third party marketing agencies. Hence, it is unlikely that the customer services staff for a given retailer will know anything about these specific agreements.

We issue rewards and rebates once we receive commission from these marketing agencies. imutual is responsible from allocating cashback to members; our partner sites cannot help with that and do not want you to contact them directly regarding cashback issues. Contacting retailers directly is expressly against our T&Cs and will result in the closure of your imutual account. Your co-operation is appreciated
