Re: New claims "appeals" process

Well, yes, members always have the option of contacting us in private using the query system. But unless they provide some further information that wasn't part of the original claim (like, my brother's a top lawyer and I'll sue  ) then I'm not sure on what basis we'd change our decision :? h...

Re: New claims "appeals" process

I have been watching this thread with interest and just thought I'd express my two pennies worth ;) It is my belief that the whole idea of a "mutual" or "co-operative"is operated on the basis of one member, one vote system. States here in "vision" that "we aim to create the UK's largest "consumer c...

Re: New claims "appeals" process

[ Well, in my experience, 'dodgy' members don't post much on forums. The mere fact that they have opted to use the appeals process will, I believe, be a pretty good sign of their trustworthiness. :) When money is involved I am sure they would post on a forum ( Most Cashback site users on all sites ...

Re: New claims "appeals" process

[My thoughts on this issue (please feel free to comment) Voting rights could be on a tiered system based on the same way banks/building societies pay interest e.g. 1-999 = x votes 1000-1999 = 2x votes 2000-2999 = 3x votes etc this rewards loyalty but also takes away the monopoly power if the top 2 ...

Re: New claims "appeals" process

This isnt unique to me as vast majority of I-Mutual members are only interested in daily clicks and no spend offers :P In which case, why would they be interested in this claims appeal process? :? Absolutely correct  -vast majority of I-Mutual members wont be or the weekly email digest bar th...

Re: quidco results to 31/7/2011

Maybe CBL can answer how People can pay £5 a year when other sites don't have any charges :?: 5.00 fee is worth it when Quidco have offers which no other site can get ;) e.g http://www.quidco.com/nationwide-building-society-ebonds/?ac - It was 35.00 at one stage for 1.00 deposit which was paid. htt...

Re: quidco results to 31/7/2011

Indeed. No thread like this would be complete without a post from cbl being negative about imutual. Reiterating points that have been made many times before. Of course quidco can get deals that we can't at present. They have over 1m members versus our 3,000. They have £43.5m turnover versus our £40...
