Doesn't really inspire confidence, does it. Three weeks for management to notice that there was a problem. Almost a week after the 'working on it' response, no further update. totally agree and even more worrying if management realised such a fundamental failure only after reading the forum posts

I requested payment last Monday to my bank account by BACS and it was scheduled to be made as usual today ( Friday). It is still not paid as of the time of writing tonight and showing as "Pending" on Imutual . Normally it would have been paid by 5:00 p.m. Has anyone experienced the same "Non payment...

Payment has now arrived

It's happening again. This week on Monday I requested payment which should have been paid by 5:00 p.m. today however it is still showing as Pending.
Anyone else in a similar position?
