I would have thought the best solution is to have no rules. Have a massive free-for-all. Then leave it to a high-and-mighty moderator to warn and ban a few people, create a bit of tension and animosity. THAT'S what forums thrive on and why people keep coming back. The cashback guarantee was the main reason why I've shifted the bulk of my transactions from TCB to imutual. In my book the guarantee more than makes up for the occasional slightly lower cashback rate on certain merchants. Happy to say that on the first occasion I've had to claim under the guarantee...

I would prefer we go with something a bit more 'reliable' before we invest in some more risky stuff. Thoughts? I would side with those keen on riskier stuff. From my perspective this is a few spare quid earned on a cashback site that we are investing, not lifechanging amounts we can't afford to los...
