When a large shareholder doesn't "thank" QOTM, it doesn't win POTM. Because said shareholder has a large shareholding, if they vote for other posts but not QOTM, then it won't win even with the other shareholder votes combined.

Perhaps we should have a vote on this? How about one share = one vote in this ballot
