Awarded balance still not updated (unless I've not had anything move over there in the last couple of days). The flaky tracking of the last few days comes at a bad time with people doing black friday/cyber Monday deals, has not filled me with confidence anyway.

Computers. don't talk to me about computers. Went into Nationwide, paid cheque into machine, showed me photo of cheque and I hit the button only to be told I had input the wrong amount. Tried again with same result. I did not put in an amount, just a cheque which it photographed to show me for reasons I do not know. Ended up in the queue to pay it in.

I fondly remember my old Amstrad days when nothing seemed to go wrong
As my old man used to say "Automatic, all to buggery" or somesuch.

Don't blame the computer, it's doing its programmer's best!

Yeah Richard, in my old life, we used to say "God created the world in 6 days because he didn't need to change anything!".
Problems are bound to arise - as is someone telling you how the cutover could have been better handled. That is the life of a change manager......

I'll trust you for now - but don't think I won't whinge if my daily clicks don't register as expected!!!

Good luck.

Server move / tracking update

Just a quick update on tracking following the server move, which took place on Sunday ...

There is a delay to the update of your statements, as we are re-introducing system updates on a step-by-step basis. It's taking a little longer than originally anticipated and the system may not be fully- back to normal until later this week. Your patience is appreciated

Do continue to report any anomalies that you spot on the site

Overall, I'm pleased that the move went relatively smoothly. Although from your point of view, nothing much may seemed to have changed, this was a hugely complicated exercise involving changes to over 10,000 lines of code. Once the new system has bedded down, it puts us in a great position to introduce new and improved features during 2019
