I think the new site design is great. The old design was not 'modern' and this one certainly is, looks far more professional and is definitely more friendly on the eye. Most feedback comes in the form of grumbling about how "the old one does this and the new one doesn't work as well" whenever any changes are introduced to existing products. The ones who really like the new design tend not to post they do and just get on with things......

A big well done from me :-D

Interesting you mention that. My first thought when I saw that new Outlook was that this new iMutual design was a rip-off of it. I guess it must be the latest trend in web design. :ugeek:
I also saw the resembelence... I think it is a trend. Not really sure why though

I think in the long run this design will be beneficial to the site. Its hard switching from something you understand to something new. My Hotmail changed to Outlook which annoyed me but now I prefer it :/

We are looking into how easy (or otherwise) it is to reduce the 'hover-over sensitivity' of the menu

So that we can plan future improvements, can you be more specific about which screens you find more difficult and what changes would make things better :?
