Re: pm not working

The ":80" is implicit for http; it shouldn't make any difference whether it's there or not for http requests, however it shouldn't be there for https (which uses ":443" instead).

In practice, can safely ignore this error, as it's happening after the post has already been submitted.

Re: different logins

It's not necessary to clear your imutual cookie; doing that is just making life more difficult for yourself.

Re: different logins

I expect it won't be that simple. Aren't you allowing cookies? I'd guess that most members do and then usually visit without having to login even once.

Re: Tesco cuts prices by up to 50% for Clubcard holders

Yeah, if there's a headline price on an item that appeals to someone then it's an opportunity to stock up, but the rest is just noise, hardly different to the weekly yo-yo'ing of supermarket prices. The same pizzas were recently 85p in Iceland's 7 Day Deal but £1 is still a good price.

Re: How dare you, Jo

It's an impossible stipulation in the UK anyway; the government of now can't bind the government of 5 years time. Any such act would be repealed or amended if it didn't please the government of the day. The matter of whether or not any further referendum takes place surely should be determined by wh...

Re: How dare you, Jo

The revoke Article 50 option is only set to become policy in the event of a Lib Dem outright majority, which is very unlikely to happen, but if it does then it's effectively "the will of the people" when it happens.

Re: Boycott's Knighthood

Knighthoods for convicted criminals? No, it shouldn't happen, regardless of denial or how long ago.

He has his freedom and liberty; an honour is not necessary.
