Just a quick question - it seems that when I scan a barcode, I cannot claim for anything else.
What is the secret/way to make claims for more than one item when the bar code is required for one or more of them?

I don't know why that's a problem for you. Scan the barcode for the item required, it just ticks off that item and you can still claim others. I might suggest, when you begin and it asks if you want to scan all items or select them, choose to select them manually, otherwise can't enter the prize draw since it doesn't have a barcode.

does this mean scanning the receipt twice? I thought this wasn't acceptable?

Buy the product once. Scan the barcode once. Snap the receipt once.

This is now on Quidco ClickSnap too - appears as 2 available claims, possibly an error that could be fixed at any moment.

Quidco have fixed the double entry - just 1 claim available now.
