Bitcoin. Well, Satoshis

Post by Stiofan » Thu Jan 02 2025 11:39am

I expect many of you have heard of Bitcoin by now, but the unit (the Pence) of Bitcoin is called Satoshi (after the guy who is said to have created Bitcoin). For decades there have been Bitcoin 'faucets', websites that get you to click and you earn Satoshis (or Sats), this were popular long ago before Bitcoin shot up in price.
I have recently been using an app/wallet called ZBD (Zebedee) and you earn Satoshis from various things (usual, similar to Swagbucks, surveys etc) but an app I have been using that's connected to it is called Idle Miner. It's just a game where you clear coal mines, and you earn Sats. You won't get rich as there is a daily limit of 350 sats you can withdraw but I have purchased Aldi gift cards and have a balance of 4512 sats (worth around £3.50 right now, Bitcoin is about £77k) in the ZBD wallet at present.

There is also another app/game called Bitcoin Miner (same thing, different name) so you can withdraw up to 350 Sats from each one per 24 hour period, both to ZBD wallet.

I thought I would mention this as it's a fun way to earn some extra cash. There is a good selection of gift cards you can redeem your Sats for :-) Let's hope 2025 is fun and profitable for everyone!
