It's certainly taken a fair amount of time to get the process set-up, but now that's done it's fairly easy to maintain. Most of the work involved is automated and I think it will be a sad day when I start measuring the time I spend on forum contributions ;)

As a result of our efforts, we now have something which ought to act as a good advert for our 'mutual' model for a long time to come :thumbup:
