Marks & Spencer has a cashback guarantee. Providing it was a legitimate transaction you would have got paid had you made a claim. You will also find that all cashback sites have different rates. I often do transactions on other sites because rates are better elsewhere. As I said it has got a Cashback Guarantee. So an appeal to the membership would not have applied in this case. Simply necessary to make a claim under the Cashback Guarantee.
