As you may be aware, our normal weekly BACS payment schedule is as follows:

Any payment requests made up to 07:00 GMT (7am) on Tuesday should arrive in your bank account within 2-3 working days (i.e. by Friday). *. If your request is submitted after 07:00 GMT on Tuesday, the payment will arrive by the end of the following week

* If Tuesday is a bank holiday, the schedule slips to the next working day

With two bank holidays next week, this would normally mean that BACS payments requested by 7am on Tue 24th wouldn't reach your account until Mon 30th. However, if you can submit your request before 6pm on Monday 23rd December we will endeavour to get the money into your account by Friday as normal.

The following week will return to normal; despite the bank holiday on Jan 1st, payments requested by 7am on Tue Dec 31st should reach your account by Fri 3rd Jan.

Was the BACS payment run for payments due to go in 31st Dec completed? Says paid on my imutuals account but nothing in the bank as of yet?

If you read the post by Richard at the top of the forum you will see that the 24th was too late for the cut off therefore you missed the Christmas payment run. So it should automatically be paid in the New year payment run. Which should be in your bank tomorrow Friday 3rd.
