REVIEW OF BUSINESS

During the year, our revenues were £158,315. Although this represents a significant decrease on the previous year's figure of £260,881, that figure did include a one-off deal which generated over £100,000 of revenue during 2012-13. Excluding this, the figures for 2013-14 show a small increase in revenue which we believe more accurately reflects the development and underlying performance of your company.

I do realise this question relates to the 2012-13 accounts - but what does the £100k relate to?

[quote="richard@imutual" imutual is different from other companies, in that it seeks to maximise the benefits to members rather than the profits for its shareholders,:[/quote]

That’s the first time that I can recall you using the phrase “members” during the last 4.5 years. ;)

I seem to recall it wasn’t all that long ago Imutual had an animation on site “ Shareholders like big profits” :)
There are those who agree with and those who are convinced to agree with and I fall into neither of those categories ....

Yes but you didn't post that?
What about Here
Or
Here

And while we're on it your remarks about ' Shareholders like big profits'
is taken completely out of context
The animation was about Shareholders in general not Imutualites in particular
