Here's our regular report on how well we're dealing with members' claims for missing/incorrect transactions:

We do everything we can to ensure that merchants track your transactions reliably (including sometimes dropping merchants who prove unreliable), but occasionally, for reasons largely out of our control, one of your transactions will fail to track correctly. We then have a quick and simple claims process so you can tell us about it, and we then chase the merchant on your behalf.

Thanks to Michelle's hard work, we have only one overdue claim (i.e. passed the target resolution date) as of today.

All other claims submitted up to the end of November have been resolved. It's also pleasing to see that less than 10% of recent claims are getting rejected (partly due to the introduction of our cashback guarantee). The overall number of claims, relative to our total transactions, remains very low :)

We want imutual to be trusted to deliver reliable cashback rewards, not just promise the best rates. So we place a very high priority on how well we deal with missing/incorrect transactions, and hope in turn that this will give you the confidence to recommend us to your friends, family and other contacts. :)

And remember that, uniquely, imutual offers a cashback guarantee covering over 90% of its merchants

Does this include Extended transactions of which I have one going back to Dec 2, 2013?

We get a monthly report on claims and it's all flag waving and bell ringing 'Look how good we're doing'
But there's never any mention of how main extended transaction there are and why we don't get them sorted
Perhaps any Extended transaction should go to Rejected once it's a year old
I agree that we should focus a bit more on getting extended transactions sorted. I'll see if I can pull together a regular report on "% of transactions extended". Along with appropriate flags and bells ;)

Extended has nothing to do with missing or incorrect which this report is about. There is currently no report for extended transactions. Which in my opinion seem to be in abundance.
