Maybe a good idea to transfer the £102.56 held in the CIC Co-Op bank account into the CIC Share Centre Dealing Account?

I'd rather not, as we have £117.92 paid in by members who have yet to complete the joining process. They need chasing up, but they could ask for the funds to be repaid, so this isn't really money that we have available to invest

If we want to make a further investment we should sell something first

You currently have 2 shares in profit
I’d suggest selling them both quickly

Run our winners how far? I like the idea of this but as yet no-one who has suggested this has to date provided any information about how we know when we have ridden them as far as they go or what there potential is. Also more fundamentally how do we know whether shares are winners or not in the first place?
