And that from someone who uses the forums on a semi regular basis. There is the nub of the problem. How do you encourage people to use the forums more/make them aware of the wealth of goodness within the forums.

The perodical newsletter rehashed and better looking to make it more interesting? oh wait it has not appeared for a while. It would seem that there is not likely to be another until there is another merchant of the week, when Richard will push a few buttons at imutual towers and another will magically appear.

Perhaps a special email to all members encouraging them to use imutual, highlighting the forums and the wealth of information within. Could be combined with perhaps a special competition encouraging people to post and win a small prize. A prize of shares will not do it. It needs to be of more substance.
