Share club valuation @ 1 Aug 2020

Here are the figures for the Cashback Investment Club's latest valuation, based on our investments and cash holdings as at 1 Aug

Since the last valuation on 16 May, the club's unit price has increased from £0.8058 to £1.0697, a change of 32.75%. See Unit price calculations

Members have paid a further £63.24 into the club since 16 May, and these have been converted to units at the new price of £1.0697. You can see a history of your own payments here

We currently have 14 members who have made 368 payments into the club totalling £6,556.74. The total value of our current assets is £7,435.57. Our list of our past investment decisions can be found here, and valuations of our current holdings (based on market mid-prices) can be viewed here

Our current cash holdings consist of £134.24 held in our Co-op bank account, + a further £297.20 held in our Share Centre dealing account. Allowing for refundable balances and pending withdrawals, the amount of cash available to invest is £431.44

Incredibly, I'm also 10% up. I know I pumped in whatever I had to get us going in the first few years, so I know a big percentage of my funds went in at the wrong time. Therefore for me to be up means everyone else will be much more well off on paper :lol:

From the inception of the imutual Cashback Investment Club, I have invested every penny of cashback earned @imutual into the aforementioned club.

I'm up 15%. In the end the balance of profit hinges on the value of the units you hold.

Consequently, I have an equally significant and insignificant holding in the imutual Cashback Investment Club.
