Here are the figures for the Cashback Investment Club's latest valuation, based on our investments and cash holdings as at 6 Dec

Members have paid a further £86.96 into the club since 31 Jul, and these have been converted to units at the new price of £1.0364. You can see a history of your own payments here

We currently have 13 members who have made 321 payments into the club totalling £5,768.75. The total value of our current assets is £6,528.57. Our list of our past investment decisions can be found here, and valuations of our current holdings (based on market mid-prices) can be viewed here

Our current cash holdings consist of £1,813.60 held in our Co-op bank account, + a further £2,760.17 held in our Share Centre dealing account. Allowing for refundable balances and pending withdrawals, the amount of cash available to invest is £3,583.70

Apologies, there was an error in the above valuation which I have now corrected.

This happened because I used an incorrect figure for the bank balance (£2102.67 instead of £1813.60), which gave us an inflated unit price of £1.0829. The correct figure is £1.0364

I have adjusted the two investments made by members since the valuation to reflect this amendment, so that they receive the correct amount of units for their investment.

You should also be aware that this error also affected the previous valuation (July 2021). It's not really practical to fix this because we have already paid out to three leaving members based on the calculated unit price. If it's any comfort, the "error" only represented about 3.5% of our assets at that time

Sorry!
