Corbyn was a lukewarm remain supporter in the referendum and so can sit on the fence knowing many of his members are remain but he and his Momentum aka Militant supporters can still happily support leave.
Keep smiling because the light at the end of someone's tunnel may be you, Ron Cheneler

Therefore all of Boris Johnson's ministers (etc) were also supporting and defending an illegal act.
Do any of them have the honour to resign? Let's see...

What a wonderful day for democracy today; now MP's can get with blocking/overturning the result of the Brexit Referendum...
If that's what they want to do, then yes, they can now.
Also, they can get on with approving the new deal that I'm sure Boris is about to unveil any moment now.
But, you're right, it is a wonderful day for democracy when it is not legal to suspend parliament for the purposes of pursuing your own agenda. Parliament represents the people. Without parliament, we are a step closer to uncontrolled government and dictatorship.

It would appears so by a show of hands at conference. A more formal count was refused even though some people dispute there was a majority in favour.
Labour want the ballot box to be scrapped at the next election and the result to be decided by a show of hands

Do not underestimate how aggressive Number 10 might be willing to be in response to the judgement. It is possible they will fly straight back from New York to face the music, armed with what strategy is harder to read.
But the decision to suspend Parliament may just have blown up in Number 10's face.
In his two months in power, Boris Johnson has lost his first six Commons votes, broken the law by suspending Parliament and misled the monarch.
Even for a politician who seems to enjoy breaking the rules, that is a serious charge that, only two months into office, even the most brazen Johnson backer cannot simply shrug off.

So if we have another election and Labour wins it shouldn't make any difference . The Tories can remain in power for the next four years and we can then have another election to see if that is what the people really wanted.

And watch on as Nigeria overtake us in economic growth.
