DId you read the article that you linked? It's about France Rail, a profitable UK owned subsidiary of British Steel that they understandably have concerns about being sold off to China's Jingye. It appears to have nothing to do with EU membership and Brexit unless you consider why they're going to be buying steel from Ascoval in France instead of Scunthorpe or you simply welcome it becoming more difficult and more costly for UK businesses to invest and trade with the rest of the world. If anything, seems like the facts would support stopping Brexit to help British Steel survive.
