I agree with Sarah and Chadwick. We must make sure the work environment is one everyone feels comfortable in.
Sexual comments can be upsetting but far too often neither men or women feel able to say that is not acceptable language or behaviour.
Religion and politics are also areas we have to be very sensitive to those around us.
