I have a blood test booked for Sept. If there is a shortage I hope they take the wise course and postpone it. Just a check on how my water tablets are affecting my body so not the most important test they have to arrange

Is it just me, but is the government response to delivery issues like an inane joke?
Trade: "Can we bring in EU drivers as there aren't enough UK ones?"
Govt: "No, employ UK drivers...."
reads like
"A cup of tea and a bun, please"
"Sorry, we have no buns"
"OK, a cup of coffee and a bun then..."
"We have NO buns!"
"OK, I'll just have a bun then......"

Subway is being brutally honest to its customers in saying that not all fillings are available due to shortages caused by brexit.
But what blows my mind is the fact they ask customers to "Please ask a sandwich artist for more details".
Sandwich artist - bit like our designer sofas etc. All sofas etc are designed by someone but unless you name the designer it is a pointless use of words
