I don't have one of these cards. So unable really to shed much light on the issue. But just a query has everyone registered their card with an email address? Was it possible to pick up a card in store without registering it?

I think it was possible to pick up cards instore at some stage, as I seem to remember originally having a temporary paper card before the plastic one arrived post-registration.

This week, they've provided me with an app offer of 50 bonus points for buying a specific item... which isn't really going to help at all.

I sent some feedback about the changes to see what they'd say/do in response. It didn't help much:
With the new changes coming in place we have listened to customers feedback and we are deciding what to do with customers left over more points.

We do not want our customers feeling like we do not care about them because this is not the case Morrisons values each every customer we have and we are going to do everything we can to make these changes fit everyone's needs.

so My Morrisons has kicked in..
fwiw I have 3 own-brand product offers none of which are of any interest.
we’re on 2940 More points - will be interesting to see what they decide to do with customers who have these points, as there’s no doubt it’s good/bad pr up for grabs.
i use a Morrisons store which is good in fairness to them: it’s food-focused and has all we need without being too big, enabling a proper bloke shop .
nowadays i shop at Morrisons and Sainsbury’s and ‘er indoors shops at Tesco. I’m a stoozer at heart and don’t want to miss out on points/benefits at any of these.

What's a bloke shop? Does that mean dashing in, grabbing some beers and forgetting to buy milk? ;)

haha it means a focused shop: go in with specific things in mind, get them, with no messing, chatting, socialising, showing off, and get out & back in the car efficiently ;)

Morrisons are a very good food retailer. Along with the odd other toiletries/household items, we tend to use supermarkets for food. no aisles of lamp shades, dog food, televisions, bedding required
