It depends whether you consider Devon to be abroad or not. If you stray across the Tamar there might be some Cornish people who consider you are travelling into another country.

We have booked ours. One is a rollover from the cottage we booked last year, the other is the small bungalow we have stayed in before. Both in areas of North Norfolk and are looking forward to seeing the dogs which live with their owners in the big bungalow across from ours. The lady breeds Norfolk Terriers and Norwich Terriers which are so cute. So much fun watching from the window their antics in the garden. Forget the Jack Russell's and go for one of them if you want a lovely pet.
Keep smiling because the light at the end of someone's tunnel may be you, Ron Cheneler

I can't see the logic - UK population is approx 7 times Portugals . Today 6,238 UK cases , 430 cases in Portugal . https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/#countries

You and plenty of others.
Earlier, Cristovao Norte, Portuguese MP for the Algarve, told BBC Radio 4's Today programme that the decision was unexpected, as Portugal's transmission rate was "more or less" that of the UK's - beyond a spike in Lisbon.
