Click the "View" link next to it; you should then see buttons for the options "Received?" or "Missing?" that allow you to update the status accordingly.

A fair point. As part of my monthly valuation process, I'll set all these payments to "confirmed"

I guess Rich's answer means he will control the update of all these status for everyone :thumbup:
