The CIC has no funds - at present, just window shopping for the CIC.

We may be on the verge of a property crash and if the last property crash is anything to go by the markets did not differentiate (much) between commercial and domestic property.
Now I can't see the future or I would be winning the lottery each week but I can see what is happening and history does repeat itself so you may want to consider the property content of your portfolio...
