Share club valuation @ 31 July 2021

Here are the figures for the Cashback Investment Club's latest valuation, based on our investments and cash holdings as at 31 Jul

Since the last valuation on 3 Apr, the club's unit price has increased from £1.2243 to £1.2283, a change of 0.33%. See Unit price calculations

Members have paid a further £177.62 into the club since 3 Apr, and these have been converted to units at the new price of £1.2283. You can see a history of your own payments here

We currently have 13 members who have made 316 payments into the club totalling £6,641.86. The total value of our current assets is £8,594.51. Our list of our past investment decisions can be found here, and valuations of our current holdings (based on market mid-prices) can be viewed here

Our current cash holdings consist of £485.65 held in our Co-op bank account, + a further £4,131.36 held in our Share Centre dealing account. Allowing for refundable balances and pending withdrawals, the amount of cash available to invest is £4,607.01

    Richard kindly gave me a step by step guide this morning. There are a few minor tweaks needed, which he is going to sort, before I can fully complete on my own. The plan is to do another joint effort next month before hopefully I can fly solo after that.

    If all goes as intended I should then be able to complete a valuation monthly. It seems to make sense to stick to a weekend near the very end or begining of a month - the reason for Saturday/Sunday being that the stock market will obviously be closed and so the share prices willl be fixed for that period. :thumbup:
