Richard knows exactly what was meant by "capped section" AKA "capping list", was stated -

It is known at least to those who werent one of the regulars on old R-Points forum ;) as "capped section" called "capped offers"

The reality is that only RY will change this Shelly is only employed as Eye candy, to keep Sue on her toes
aaaphathunde could possibly do it but the only Caps he has are the ones on his teeth You will get much better results by getting in touch with RY direct
