different logins

Post by rayf » Tue Aug 06 2019 10:44am

I have mentioned this before but still happening. It was apparently something to do with a beta test.

From the email links I get to two different login requests. They look similar but one accepts my saved login details whilst the other doesn't. So then I have to enter my details in full.

To make matters slightly worse, when signed in using one of these and then clicked on another email, I was asked to log in again.

I realise that this is not a key problem but surely an easy fix :?:

Is one http and the other https?

Is it possible to clear out your history, favourites etc, and start afresh with the https site?

I use a pinned tab or bookmark, so it always go to the same page every time.

I've been following the above comments but it seems that all links go to the https site.

the recent "update" from Richard

https://imutual.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.p ... ead#unread

goes to what I think is the "bad" or "odd" link. Most of the others go to what I think is the standard login webpage.

That link is missing the www prefix; you might have to login both with and without the www if you're going to use both addresses.

I'm not using either. This is the link in the email.

Yes, that's the nub of it. I'll look into it and endeavour to fix it before the next mailing
