Extended Cashback

I have Cashback showing 'Extended' from May of this year, all from the same company. I read that I need to wait until the organisation changes the Extended to ??? How long should I wait before I need to realise I am not getting the cashback? Thanks so much for any advice.

It changes from "extended" to "awarded".

Thank you all. Submitted a Query and no reply. All still showing as Extended. I am sadly feeling after 6 months, these purchases are not now going to change to 'Awarded.' Further purchases are showing as 'Pending' will hope they eventually 'Award.' Appreciate replies anyway.

Thank you all so much! Richard, Thank you. Definitely good news. Am in my 70's now, and some of this technology and wording, my brain is refusing to make sense of! But, it and my heart so appreciates the kindness of others so much. :) x

We all have problems with techie things at times. You need a teenager to help you out, wish I had one but thankfully 'im indoors is pretty good at sorting out problems for me

Is it me or does there seem to be more extended claims now than in the past? Also the merchants not giving cashback should show as suspended.
