I don't know what the rationale might have been for changing the server host for imutual, but I have never had so many incidents of "no service" as I have lately. Sometimes it's a genuine issue, sometimes re-loading raises the dead - but either way it doesn't inspire confidence.
The first requirement for an online system is that it is there when needed.

Hi Richard - this happened just before I posted, therefore just after midnight last night. This one was fixed by reloading the site, it's only if a reload fails that I check whether or not the site is down for everyone. Might there be an occasional limitation on numbers/access????
I don't recall it happening before with such frequency, not do I notice it on other sites.

I've also had this from time to time over the last few weeks - and not resolved by refreshing.
I assumed outages were logged but if not, I will report each time it occurs.

In my case, it's a generic browser message says site unavailable.
