We're having problems reaching you!

Post by Boro Boy » Wed Jan 15 2020 1:30pm

I have received the following message from iMutual in the communications page:

We're having problems reaching you!
An email we sent to you at xxxxxxxxxx.com got bounced back to us with the following message:
550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [167.89.100.243] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.asp
As a result, we have stopped sending emails to you. It's important that we are able to contact you, so please use one of the following options:
If you want us to resume sending emails to this address, ignore this error
If you want to update your account with a different (working) email address, please update your profile then return to this screen.

The fact is I don't know what the issue is and I have not changed my e-mail...?

Be careful what you wish for, it might just come true.
