O/P refers to ordering a free Giffgaff Simcard every 30 days just for 30p cashback and 20p profit for Imutual with no apparent intention of using the sim whereas TCB and Quidco have for some time alternated £10 cashback offer (currently £7ish both sites) when activate the sim aka spend money, aka order free sim for genuine reasons

Nope, I ordered a free sim via Quidco some months ago, activated by buying £10 PAYG credit, £10 cashback
Merchant terms shown on network are very very clear
